Work rooted in support and advocacy
Cross Roads’ mission is to help clients reach their goals through support and advocacy. Honesty, compassion and putting clients first guide that work. Our case-management and BHP work calls for collaboration, professional boundaries, respect for clients and families, accurate records, supervision and training.
Different roles, different responsibilities
A case manager coordinates services and community resources. A BHP supports a child’s individual skill-development goals. Clinical roles focus on assessment and treatment within professional scope, while administrative roles support office communication and organized processes.
