Cross Road’s Case Management is a small organization in Pittsfield, Maine that provides case management services in Kennebec, Penobscot, Somerset, and Waldo Counties Community Integration Services (Section 17) are provided to adults and Targeted Case Management (Section 13) services are provided to children.
